Mark and colours

The Absolute family mark is a round with an upward chevron: a place and a rise. For AbsoLive it is the pin on the map; for AbsoFood it is a spoon — the same pin with its tip drawn out into a handle, the place on the community’s map where people eat. The chevron is saffron.

Family

The chevron is taken one-to-one from the AbsoLive pin; the spoon’s head is an oval in place of the pin’s round, and a handle replaces the tip. Slant −10°, Unbounded Black, the “o” is the mark: abs·live and abs·food. In the header the name turns into absolute for a moment, as AbsoLive and AbsoHealth do: the letters flip over like a menu board at the pass, and the spoon stirs.

What was weighed

  • Spoon

    chosen

The AbsoLive pin with its tip turned into a handle: the place on the map where people eat. The chevron one-to-one, the head an oval in place of the pin’s round. The spoon reads from 24 px; at 16 px the pin’s outline holds, and small sizes may read as a lollipop or a paddle.

  • Pin

    rejected

The mark until 20.10.2026. In one colour it cannot be told from AbsoLive, and it says nothing about food.

  • Plate

    rejected

The round of the letter becomes a plate. In one colour it is a “back to top” button; saffron in a black ring reads as a yolk.

  • Serve

    rejected

A lid over a plate. At 16 px it is the “eject” symbol ⏏.

  • Steam

    rejected

Two chevrons, steam off a hot dish. It only lives in motion; at rest it is an “up” badge.

  • Chevron with a leaf

    rejected

At 16 px the leaf merges with the tip; large, it is the “green = healthy” cliché.

  • Bowl and steam

    rejected

Like every poke place; turns to mush at small sizes.

  • Pit stop

    for a format

Speed reads as fast food. Good as a badge for the “Pit stop” box.

Name

AbsoFood: abs for Absolute, food for food, the “o” is a spoon. The name pairs with AbsoLive: abso.live is the map, abso.food the kitchen. The owner’s decision of 19.10.2026 (before it the project was called Absopit); the spoon and the “menu board” motion — 20.10.2026. “Food” is descriptive: the combination and the mark as a whole are what can be protected — a question for the trademark attorney, along with the ABSOLUT risk.
